I had a terrible experience with Bold Auto Transport in late 2022. I needed to move my 2023 Tesla Model 3 from Miami to Los Angeles, and the whole process was a disaster. The driver arrived a day late for pickup with no notice—I had to call the company multiple times to figure out what was going on. During transit, I got no updates whatsoever, which made me incredibly anxious. When the car finally arrived (two days late), there was a noticeable scratch on the passenger door. I filed a damage claim, but customer service has been slow and unresponsive. It’s been months, and I still haven’t received any resolution. I would strongly recommend avoiding Bold Auto Transport if you want a smooth and stress-free experience.
