This was by far the worst transport experience I’ve ever had. I hired them to move my 2023 Tesla Model 3 from New York to San Francisco, and everything that could go wrong did. First, the driver was three days late for pick-up, which completely messed up my schedule. Then, the car arrived a full week after the promised delivery date, and it had a noticeable scratch on the rear bumper. When I contacted customer service to report the damage, they gave me the runaround and didn’t offer any real solutions. The pick-up was delayed by two days, and I wasn’t notified until I called to ask why the driver hadn’t shown up. When the car finally arrived, it had some dirt and grime on it that wasn’t there before. While I understand that’s not unusual during transport, I was upset because I had specifically asked for an enclosed carrier, but they didn’t provide one. I felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously, and the customer service team didn’t seem very apologetic about the issues. I wouldn’t use this company again unless they improve their communication and attention to detail.
