I deeply regret hiring HLL Express Auto Transport in 2022 to transport my 2023 Tesla Model Y from San Diego to Seattle. The experience was awful from start to finish. The pickup was delayed by three days without any notice, and when I called customer service, I was either put on hold or given vague answers. During transit, I received no updates at all, which left me feeling anxious about my car. When it finally arrived, it had a noticeable dent on the front bumper, and the driver outright denied responsibility. Customer service was unresponsive when I tried to file a claim, and after weeks of back-and-forth, I just gave up. I’ll never use this company again and recommend that others avoid them too.
