I am extremely frustrated with Linus Auto Transport after using them to ship my 2023 Tesla Model 3 from Austin to Miami in 2022. The entire process was a disaster from start to finish. First, the pickup was delayed twice without any warning. I had to constantly follow up to get any information. Once the car was finally picked up, there were no updates during transit, which made me very anxious. The car arrived five days later than promised, and when it finally showed up, there was a deep scratch on the front bumper. The driver denied causing it, and when I tried to reach out to customer service to file a claim, they ignored my emails for over a week. After countless calls and emails, I was told they couldn’t help me. I am beyond disappointed and will never use them again.
