I had a horrible experience with this company in early 2023 when I shipped my 2022 Tesla Model S from San Francisco to Seattle. The driver arrived almost six hours late for the pick-up, and I had to miss an important appointment because of it. During transit, I heard absolutely nothing from the company—I had to call three times just to get an update on my car’s location. When it finally arrived, it was two days late, and there were scratches on the hood that weren’t there before. I filed a claim, but it’s been a nightmare trying to get any resolution. I expected much better service for the price I paid and will not be using them again. Save yourself the hassle and go with another company.
