I had a terrible experience with Scott’s Auto Carrier Frisco in late 2022. I was moving my 2023 Tesla Model Y from Frisco to Los Angeles, and the pick-up was delayed by over 24 hours without any proper explanation. Throughout the transport, I barely received any updates, and when I tried calling customer service, they kept transferring me to different people who couldn’t give me clear answers. When my car finally arrived (three days late), it had a scratch on the front bumper, and I was told to file a claim. It’s been months, and I’m still waiting for any resolution. This was such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I’ll never use this company again.
