    In 2020, I shipped my 2018 BMW X5 from Frisco to Chicago, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The driver was two days late for the pickup, and I wasn’t notified at all—I had to keep calling customer service to find out what was going on. When my car finally arrived in Chicago, it had a dent on the rear bumper, and the driver refused to acknowledge it.
