I had a terrible experience with Ship Guy Auto Transport in 2022 when I shipped my 2023 Tesla Model 3 from Chicago to Orlando. The driver was hours late for pick-up, and I wasn’t given any real explanation for the delay. During transit, I barely received any updates, and when I tried contacting customer service, they either transferred me around or gave vague answers. To make matters worse, when my car finally arrived (three days late), there was a noticeable scratch on the rear bumper that wasn’t there before. I immediately filed a damage claim, but the process has been dragging on with no resolution in sight. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
