I had a very frustrating experience with State Auto Transport in late 2022. I shipped my 2023 Tesla Model Y from Chicago to New York, and the entire process was chaotic from start to finish. The driver was late for pick-up, and I wasn’t given any proper updates. During transit, I tried contacting their customer service multiple times, but no one could give me a straight answer on where my car was. When it finally arrived three days late, there was a small dent on the side of the door that wasn’t there before. I immediately filed a claim, but getting a resolution has been a nightmare—lots of waiting and no clear answers. This was such a disappointing and stressful experience. I’ll never use this company again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
