I had a terrible experience with Thrifty Auto Shipping, Inc. when I transported my 2023 Tesla Model 3 from Dallas to New York in 2022. First, the pick-up was delayed by almost 24 hours with no clear explanation. During the transport, I couldn’t get in touch with anyone from customer service to find out where my car was or when it would arrive. When the car finally showed up—three days late—it had a noticeable scratch on the front bumper. I filed a claim, but the process has been incredibly slow and frustrating, with little to no communication from the company. I regret choosing this company and would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable car transport services.

On top of that, I struggled to get updates from customer service, which was frustrating. For the price I paid, I expected better service.

The driver arrived on time for pick-up, and my car was delivered in great condition. I appreciated the professionalism of the team, but the delivery was delayed by about 6 hours, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the company did keep me updated, so I can’t complain too much.
