Extremely disappointing experience. My 2021 Tesla Model 3 arrived six days late with a large scratch on the driver’s side door. The customer service team was unhelpful when I reached out to report the damage. I had to escalate the matter multiple times to get any response. For the cost and promises they make, this level of service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
