I used Austin Car Transport in late 2022 to ship my 2023 Tesla Model Y from Austin to Miami, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The driver was a full day late for pickup, and no one informed me until I reached out to ask what was going on. During the transport, I got absolutely no updates, and their customer service team was impossible to get ahold of. When my car finally arrived, it was three days late and had a small scratch on the front bumper. I immediately filed a claim, but the process has been ridiculously slow. It’s been months, and I still haven’t gotten any resolution. I would never use this company again, and I strongly recommend avoiding them if you want a stress-free car shipping experience.
