In 2020, I hired this company to transport my 2017 Subaru Outback from Austin to Phoenix, and it was a terrible experience. The driver was two days late for the pickup, and no one notified me until I called to find out what was going on. During transit, there were no updates, and when my car finally arrived, it had a dent on the passenger door that wasn’t there before. The customer service team was rude and unhelpful when I tried to file a claim. This was by far the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t trust them with my car again.
