This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a transport company. I used their service to ship my 2021 Tesla Model 3, and the entire process was a disaster. The pick-up was late by two days, and I had to constantly chase them for updates. When my car finally arrived, it had a noticeable dent on the rear bumper. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and claimed it wasn’t their responsibility. For the high price I paid, I expected far better service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.”
