I had an awful experience with AutoPlex Transport in 2022. I was relocating from Chicago to Boston and needed to ship my 2023 Tesla Model 3. The driver was over 24 hours late for pickup, and I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. During transit, I received no updates, and when the car finally arrived (three days late), it had a noticeable scratch on the driver’s side door. I immediately contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. Filing a claim has been an uphill battle, and I’ve been left with no resolution months later. This entire ordeal was incredibly stressful and disappointing. I’ll never use AutoPlex Transport again and strongly advise others to avoid them.
