I used AutoPlex Transport in 2020 to ship my 2017 Honda Civic from Miami to Los Angeles, and it was a disaster. The driver was over 24 hours late for pickup, and I didn’t hear from anyone until I called multiple times. When my car finally arrived, the passenger side mirror was damaged, and the car was covered in dust. The claims process was confusing, and I never received compensation for the damage. The lack of professionalism and poor communication made this the worst transport experience I’ve had. I’ll never use them again.

I decided to ship my 2019 Subaru Outback with AutoPlex Transport in 2023 after reading some decent reviews. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to expectations. The pickup was delayed by 48 hours with no communication from the company. When the car arrived, it was covered in dirt, and there was a noticeable scratch on the rear bumper. Customer service was slow to respond and didn’t seem very interested in resolving my issue. This was a disappointing experience, especially considering the cost.

However, the delivery was delayed by a full day, which threw off some of my plans. The vehicle arrived with a few smudges on the windows, but other than that, it was fine. While I wasn’t thrilled with the delay, I can’t say that it was a completely negative experience. I’d use them again but would hope for better timeliness.

Overall, a very positive experience, though I hope they can improve their communication for future shipments.
