Absolutely disappointed with the service I received last year (2022). I trusted them to ship my 2023 BMW X5 from New York to Florida, but the entire process was a nightmare. First, the pick-up was delayed without any clear explanation. Then, I didn’t hear from anyone for four days, despite multiple attempts to contact customer support. When my car finally arrived, it had scratches on the rear bumper that were not there before. I filed a claim, but it took weeks to get a response, and I still haven’t been fully reimbursed. This was an expensive and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My experience in 2023 wasn’t the best. I hired them to transport my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek from Seattle to Phoenix. While the car eventually arrived in good condition, it was almost a week late. I had to constantly reach out for updates, which was frustrating. The lack of communication made me anxious throughout the entire process. I probably won’t use their services again.

Earlier this year (2022), I used this company to ship my 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Denver to Atlanta. The process was mostly smooth. They picked up the vehicle within the promised window and delivered it on time. I loved how the driver took the time to explain the transport process to me, which really put me at ease. The only small issue I had was that I had to call customer service a couple of times to get updates, as the tracking system wasn’t very clear. Still, my car arrived in great condition, and the pricing was fair. I’d use their services again!
