In 2020, I entrusted them with transporting my 2017 Ford Explorer from Boston to Tampa, and it was a nightmare. The pickup was delayed by two days, and no one at the company bothered to inform me. During transit, there were no updates, and when the car finally arrived, there was a dent on the passenger door. I filed a claim, but the process was slow and frustrating, with no resolution. This was my first and last time using their services. The lack of accountability was disappointing.
