In 2022, I had a terrible experience with Capstone Auto Trans Inc. I hired them to ship my 2023 Tesla Model S from New York to Los Angeles, and the entire process was frustrating from start to finish. The driver arrived over a day late for pickup, and no one at the company informed me—I had to call several times just to find out what was going on. During transit, I got no updates, which made me incredibly anxious. When my car finally arrived three days late, it had a dent on the rear bumper. I contacted customer service to file a damage claim, but they’ve been slow to respond and unhelpful. It’s been months, and I still haven’t received a resolution. This was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Capstone Auto Trans Inc to anyone.
