My experience in 2023 was absolutely terrible. I hired them to transport my 2022 Tesla Model S from Houston to Seattle, and everything that could go wrong did. First, the pick-up was delayed by three days without any notice, which completely messed up my travel plans. When I finally got through to customer service, they seemed unsure about where the driver even was!
When my car finally arrived, it had scratches on the side door and a chip on the windshield. I was furious. I tried filing a claim, but the process was so slow and confusing that I eventually gave up. This was my first time shipping a car, and it will probably be my last, at least with this company. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I used this service in 2020 to ship my 2017 Honda CR-V, and it wasn’t a great experience. The pick-up was delayed by a full day, and when I tried calling for updates, it took hours to get through to anyone. When the car arrived, I noticed a small dent on the back bumper, which wasn’t there before.
To their credit, they did offer to file a claim, but the whole process was stressful. I’m not sure I’d use them again.

My experience with this company in 2021 was okay, not great. I shipped my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek from Houston to Denver. While the car got there safely, the communication throughout the process wasn’t consistent. I had to call a few times to get updates, which was frustrating.
The car arrived two days later than scheduled, but at least it was in the same condition as when it left. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

In 2022, I shipped my 2018 GMC Yukon with them, and overall, it was a positive experience. The booking process was simple, and the staff answered all my questions patiently. The truck driver was polite and professional during the pick-up, but the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of a slight delay in delivery. The car was supposed to arrive in Florida on a Friday but didn’t get there until Sunday morning. That said, the car was in perfect condition, and I appreciated the updates they sent along the way. A small hiccup, but I would still use their service again because everything else went so smoothly.
