I had a very disappointing experience with Countrywide Auto Transport in 2022. I hired them to ship my 2023 Toyota Corolla from Houston to Los Angeles, and everything went wrong. The driver was late to pick up my car and didn’t notify me, so I had to rearrange my schedule. During transit, there was no communication at all. When my car finally arrived, it was two days late, and there was a noticeable scratch on the rear bumper. I immediately contacted customer service to file a claim, but they were unhelpful and slow to respond. It’s been months, and I still haven’t received any compensation for the damage. I will never use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
