This was an awful experience from start to finish. I hired them to transport my 2023 Tesla Model 3 from Texas to Nevada, and everything that could go wrong, did. First, the driver missed the scheduled pick-up by two days, and no one called to inform me. I had to call multiple times to even confirm when my car would be picked up. Then, the delivery was delayed by a full week. To make matters worse, my car arrived with a dent on the passenger door. When I contacted customer service, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I regret choosing this company and would strongly advise others to avoid them.
