I regret using Fast Motion Auto Transport in 2022 to transport my 2023 Tesla Model Y from Houston to Los Angeles. The entire experience was a disaster. The pickup was late by a day, and no one from the company bothered to inform me. When I tried to reach customer service, it was nearly impossible to get through, and when I did, they were dismissive of my concerns. The car arrived two days late, and to my horror, there were scratches on the front bumper. When I filed a claim, I was met with unhelpful responses and zero accountability. This experience was beyond frustrating, and I will never use this company again. Avoid at all costs!

I had to call them a couple of times to get updates, which was a bit frustrating. While they got the job done, I think there’s room for improvement, especially in customer communication.

I shipped my 2019 Toyota RAV4 with Fast Motion Auto Transport in 2022, moving from Dallas to Nashville. Overall, I was very happy with the service. The staff was friendly, and the driver handled my car with care. My only complaint was that pickup was delayed by about three hours, which threw off my schedule a little. However, the car arrived on time and in excellent condition, so I can’t complain too much. I would definitely use them again but hope they work on their timing.
