I used this company in 2023 to ship my 2022 Tesla Model Y, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The car was supposed to be picked up on a Wednesday, but the driver didn’t show up until Friday with no explanation or update beforehand. When I finally got through to customer service, they couldn’t give me a clear answer about the delay. The worst part was that when the car arrived in Georgia, there was a dent on the rear bumper that wasn’t there before. I immediately contacted their claims department, but I’ve been getting the runaround for weeks now. This was my first and last time using this company.
