My experience with Homeland Auto Transport in 2022 was nothing short of a nightmare. I hired them to transport my 2023 Tesla Model Y from Phoenix to Houston, and from the start, things went wrong. The pickup was rescheduled twice, and no one bothered to notify me—I had to call and chase them down each time. Once the car was finally picked up, I received zero updates during transit. When it finally arrived (three days late), there was a noticeable scratch on the driver-side door. The driver denied any responsibility, and filing a claim was a nightmare. Customer service was rude and dismissive, and after weeks of back-and-forth, I gave up. I would not recommend this company to anyone, no matter how affordable they seem.
