I had a terrible experience in 2023 when I tried to transport my 2021 Tesla Model 3 with this company. The pick-up was delayed by three days, and I wasn’t given any updates unless I called them repeatedly. When my car finally arrived a week late, there was damage to the front bumper that wasn’t there before. To make things worse, the customer service team kept passing me around without providing a concrete solution. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for the repairs. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and would advise others to look elsewhere.
