I regret choosing Jenkins Transport in 2022 to ship my 2022 Tesla Model S from Miami to Boston. The whole experience was a disaster. The pickup was delayed by three days with no explanation, and I had to constantly call them for updates. When my car finally arrived (four days late), there was a scratch on the rear bumper. The driver denied any responsibility, and when I tried to file a claim, the customer service team was unhelpful and rude. After weeks of trying to get compensation, I gave up. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with any service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

In 2022, I used Jenkins Transport to ship my 2020 Ford Explorer from Los Angeles to Phoenix. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service. The car arrived on time and in perfect condition, and the price was reasonable. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the driver arrived two hours late for pickup, which threw off my schedule for the day. That said, the communication during transit was excellent, and the customer service team was friendly and responsive. I’d recommend them, but I hope they tighten up their scheduling in the future.
