This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any shipping company. I needed to move my 2023 Tesla Model Y from California to Colorado, and what should have been a simple process turned into a nightmare. The driver missed the pick-up date without notifying me, and I had to call customer service multiple times just to get an update. They finally picked up my car three days later. When it was delivered, it had a dent on the passenger side door! The driver claimed it happened during transport, but I couldn’t get a straight answer from the company. Customer service offered no real help and simply told me to file a claim. This experience was incredibly stressful, and I’ll never use their service again.
