I trusted them to ship my 2023 Ford F-150, but it was a disaster from the start. The driver was late for the pick-up, and no one from the company informed me—I had to call three times just to figure out what was going on. The car was delivered four days late, and there was a dent on the rear door that wasn’t there before. To make matters worse, I’ve been fighting with their claims department for weeks with no resolution. I regret choosing them and would not recommend their services to anyone. This was such a stressful and disappointing experience.
