    Earlier this year, I needed to ship my 2021 Tesla Model Y from Boston to Houston, and the whole process was a disaster. The driver didn’t show up on the scheduled pickup day, and no one from the company contacted me to explain what was going on. After multiple calls, I finally got through to someone who said the pickup had been rescheduled for the next day, which completely threw off my plans. When the car arrived, there was a noticeable scratch on the passenger side door, and the driver was dismissive when I pointed it out. Customer service was no help either—they refused to take accountability and closed my claim without resolving anything. This was a deeply frustrating and stressful experience, and I would never use their service again.
