I had a terrible experience with Phalcon Sun Transport in 2022 when I needed to ship my 2022 BMW X5 from Los Angeles to Houston. The driver arrived late for the pick-up, and I had to reschedule my plans because of it. During the transport, I didn’t receive a single update—I had to keep calling customer service to get basic information, and most of the time, they didn’t have answers for me. To make matters worse, my car arrived two days late and had a noticeable scratch on the rear bumper. When I filed a claim, I was met with endless delays and poor communication. I deeply regret trusting them with my car and would not recommend their service to anyone. It was a nightmare!
