I had an awful experience with Priority Auto Transport LLC in late 2022 when I trusted them to ship my 2022 Tesla Model 3 from San Diego to Chicago. The driver was over 8 hours late for the pick-up, which caused major issues with my schedule. During the transport, I couldn’t get any clear updates about where my car was or when it would arrive. To make matters worse, when it finally did arrive (three days late), there were scratches on the driver’s side door. I immediately filed a claim, but the process has been a complete nightmare with no resolution yet. For a company with ‘priority’ in their name, they certainly didn’t treat my shipment like one. I’d never recommend them to anyone!

My experience with Priority Auto Transport LLC in early 2023 was disappointing. I shipped my 2022 Subaru Outback from Los Angeles to Portland, and the delivery was delayed by three days. On top of that, I struggled to get any meaningful updates from customer service. While the car arrived in good condition, the delays and lack of communication left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t think I’ll be using them again.
