In 2021, I trusted them to ship my 2018 BMW X5 from New York to Houston, and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The driver was three days late for the pickup, and no one from the company informed me of the delay. I was forced to rearrange my travel plans because of it. When my car finally arrived, there was a large dent on the driver’s side door, and the driver refused to acknowledge it. Customer service was no help at all—they kept deflecting responsibility and ignored my emails after the initial complaint. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
