In late 2022, I used Reliant Auto Transport Inc to move my 2023 Tesla Model 3 from San Diego to Las Vegas, and it was a complete disaster. The pick-up was delayed by almost 24 hours, which threw off my entire moving schedule. Worse still, there were almost no updates during the transport—I had to keep calling their office, and no one could give me clear answers about where my car was. When it finally arrived, it had a large scratch on the back bumper that wasn’t there before. Filing a claim has been a nightmare, with customer service giving me the runaround for weeks. I deeply regret trusting them with my car. Never again!

My experience with Reliant Auto Transport in early 2023 was below expectations. I shipped my 2019 Ford Explorer from Los Angeles to Portland, and while the car was undamaged, the delivery was delayed by two days. On top of that, customer service wasn’t very responsive when I called to get updates. For the price I paid, I expected a more seamless process. I wouldn’t use them again.
