The driver showed up three days late without any prior communication, which completely disrupted my plans. When the car finally arrived, it had scratches on the side doors, and the driver was dismissive when I pointed them out. Customer service was unresponsive and never followed up on my damage claim. I regret choosing this company and would strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs. It was an incredibly stressful ordeal.
