I had a terrible experience with Xpress Auto Transport in 2022 when I shipped my 2023 Tesla Model 3 from Dallas to Phoenix. The driver was late for pickup by a full day, and I wasn’t given any clear updates on the delay. During the transport, communication was almost non-existent—I had to keep calling and asking where my car was. When my car finally arrived (two days late), it had a noticeable dent on the rear bumper. I filed a claim immediately, but the process has been a nightmare. It’s been months, and I still haven’t received any resolution. I’m extremely disappointed with their service and regret choosing this company. I won’t be using them again or recommending them to anyone.

My experience with Xpress Auto Transport in 2023 was disappointing. I shipped my 2022 Ford Explorer from Miami to Nashville, and the delivery was delayed by two days without clear communication. I kept calling customer service for updates, but they were unhelpful. While my car arrived undamaged, the poor communication and delays were frustrating. I don’t think I’d use their services again.

The booking process was quick, and their pricing was competitive compared to other companies I contacted. The driver was professional and courteous during pickup, and my car arrived safely without any damage. However, there was a slight delay in delivery—about 4 hours late. They did inform me about the delay, but it threw off my plans a bit. That said, I appreciate their honesty and communication. I’d use them again because they took good care of my car.
