In 2020, I trusted this company to transport my 2018 BMW 5 Series from New York to Dallas, and it was a terrible decision. The pickup was delayed by three days, and I wasn’t informed until I called to ask where the driver was. When my car finally arrived, there were scratches along the side, and the driver refused to take responsibility. Customer service was no help at all—they stopped answering my calls after I tried to file a claim. This was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had, and I would never recommend their services.

In early 2023, I shipped my 2020 Honda CR-V from Boston to Atlanta, and the experience wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. The driver was late for the pickup by almost a full day, and I didn’t receive any notification. I had to call customer service multiple times, and each time I got vague answers. The car arrived in Atlanta two days late, though thankfully, it was in good shape. The delays and lack of communication made this a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t use their services again unless they improve their communication.
