In 2020, I shipped my 2017 Ford Explorer from Miami to Boston, and it was an absolute nightmare. The driver was a full day late for pickup, and no one bothered to call and inform me. During the transit, there were zero updates, and when I finally got my car, there were scratches on the rear bumper that weren’t there before. Customer service was rude and unhelpful when I tried to file a claim. I felt like I was given the runaround for weeks, and I eventually gave up. I regret using this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

In late 2023, I used this service to transport my 2018 Jeep Wrangler from Phoenix to Dallas. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t go as planned. The pickup was late by several hours, and I didn’t receive any updates during the transit. When my car finally arrived, it had a noticeable scratch on the driver’s door. While customer service apologized, they didn’t offer much help with the damage claim process, which was frustrating. I expected more professionalism and better handling for the price I paid. I wouldn’t recommend them unless they address these issues.

However, communication during the transport was lacking. I didn’t receive updates as promised, and I had to call customer service twice to get an idea of where my car was. While the vehicle arrived in good condition, it was a full day late, which was inconvenient. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I think they need to improve their communication and delivery timelines to provide a better overall service.

The booking process was smooth, and their pricing was competitive compared to other quotes I received. The driver was friendly and communicated well during pickup and drop-off. My only complaint was that the delivery was delayed by about 6 hours, which disrupted my plans a little. That said, the car was delivered in great condition, and the team was quick to respond when I reached out for updates. I’d definitely use them again but would hope for better timing next time.
