My experience with this company in 2020 was awful. I was moving from Arizona to Nevada and needed my 2021 Hyundai Sonata transported. Everything started fine—they promised me a smooth and on-time delivery. However, things quickly went downhill. The pick-up was delayed by two days, and no one reached out to inform me until I called multiple times. Once the car was finally on its way, I stopped receiving tracking updates, leaving me completely in the dark. When the car arrived, it had scratches on the rear bumper, and the driver refused to take responsibility, saying it must’ve happened before transport. I contacted customer support, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Then, during the journey, I had to call multiple times for updates because I wasn’t getting any tracking notifications. When the car finally arrived, it was two days late, which disrupted my plans. Although the car was undamaged, the lack of communication made the experience stressful.
