The delivery was delayed by five days, and no one bothered to notify me until I called to ask about the status. The car arrived safely without any damage, which was a huge relief. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the driver arrived about 3 hours late for the pick-up. Thankfully, the company kept me informed about the delay, which helped ease my frustration. I would still recommend them and plan to use them again.
