In 2022, I had an awful experience with Compass Auto Transport. I hired them to ship my 2023 Tesla Model Y from San Francisco to New York, and everything went wrong. The driver was late to pick up my car, and no one from the company notified me—I had to call repeatedly just to get an update. During transit, I received zero communication, which made me incredibly anxious. When my car finally arrived three days late, there were scratches on the front bumper. I filed a damage claim, but customer service was dismissive and unresponsive. Months later, I’m still waiting for any resolution. This was a terrible experience, and I’d never use their services again.
