My experience shipping my 2020 Tesla Model 3 was nothing short of a nightmare. I trusted this company because of some positive reviews I’d read, but it was a huge mistake. The pick-up was late by three days, and I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on. When the car finally arrived in Florida, it was a full week past the promised delivery date, and to make matters worse, the front bumper had visible damage. I reached out to their claims department, but they kept passing me from one representative to another with no resolution. For the amount of stress this caused me, I can confidently say I’ll never use this company again. Buyer beware!

However, that’s where the positives ended. The pick-up was delayed by two days without any clear explanation, and when I called customer service, it was hard to get a straight answer. On top of that, the car arrived with a noticeable scratch on the passenger door. They did apologize, but they didn’t offer much in terms of compensation.
