First, the pick-up was delayed by two days without any explanation. Then, the delivery date was pushed back twice, which completely ruined my plans. When my car finally arrived, it had a dent on the rear bumper that wasn’t there before. I reached out to their customer service, but they kept saying it wasn’t their fault and refused to help.
