I had the worst experience ever with this company when I shipped my 2023 Tesla Model S earlier this year. Everything seemed fine when I booked the service—polite customer service, reasonable price—but it all went downhill once the car was picked up. First, the driver was three hours late, which threw off my entire day. Then, I didn’t hear anything for almost a week! When my car finally arrived, not only was it dirty, but it also had scratches on the rear bumper that were definitely not there before. When I tried to file a complaint, the customer service rep was dismissive and told me to contact my insurance. I will never use this service again and can’t recommend it to anyone.

I shipped my 2022 Honda Accord last summer from Chicago to Atlanta. The service was okay, but there were some hiccups along the way. The driver arrived later than scheduled for pick-up, and while the car was delivered safely, I was left in the dark for a couple of days about the progress. I used this service to transport my 2021 Toyota Tacoma from Austin, TX, to Denver, CO, earlier this year. The pick-up was smooth, and the driver was very polite and professional. The only issue I had was a slight delay during the delivery due to bad weather, which I totally understand, but it would’ve been nice to get an update sooner instead of having to call for an ETA. That being said, my truck arrived in great condition, and the driver even made sure to park it safely near my building because of limited space. All in all, it was a positive experience, and I would use this company again.
