This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping company. I booked them to transport my 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE from Chicago to Atlanta, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The driver showed up a day late without any notice, and I had to call customer service repeatedly just to get an update. When the car finally arrived, not only was it late by four days, but it also had significant scratches on the driver’s door. To make matters worse, no one at the company wanted to take responsibility, and I was told to ‘file a claim’ with the insurance. For the amount I paid, I expected far better service. Never again!

I wish I had a better experience. I shipped my 2022 Subaru Outback from Arizona to Washington, and it didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped. The booking process was easy, but that’s where the positives ended. The driver was two days late for the pick-up, and no one called to inform me until I had to reach out multiple times. When the car finally arrived, it had a scratch on the rear bumper. The company apologized and offered a small discount, but the lack of communication and the damage left a bad impression. I wouldn’t use this service again unless they improved their organization and customer support.
