I had a terrible experience with Hauling Auto in 2022 when I hired them to ship my 2023 Tesla Model S from Houston to Chicago. Everything went wrong from the start. The pickup was delayed without any explanation, and when I called customer service, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. Once the car was finally picked up, I received zero updates during transit. To make matters worse, when the car arrived, there was a scratch on the rear bumper, and the driver denied any responsibility. Filing a claim with customer service was a nightmare—they were dismissive and unhelpful. I’ve never felt so frustrated with a service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

The car arrived in good condition, but the delivery was late by an entire day. Additionally, I felt like I was chasing them for updates the whole time. I wouldn’t use them again unless they improve their communication and timeliness.
