I had the worst experience shipping my 2022 Tesla Model 3 with this company. The driver was late for the pick-up, and the car arrived almost a week late with a noticeable dent in the rear bumper. I contacted their customer service, but they were unhelpful and kept transferring me to different departments. After filing a claim, I was told it could take weeks to get any resolution. This has been a nightmare from start to finish, and I regret choosing this company. I would never recommend their service to anyone.
