In 2021, I trusted this company to transport my 2023 Ford F-150 from New York to Dallas, and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The pick-up was a disaster—the driver showed up hours late and didn’t seem very experienced. During transit, there was zero communication from the company. I called multiple times for updates and kept getting vague answers or no response at all. When my truck finally arrived (four days late), there was a noticeable dent on the passenger-side door. I immediately filed a claim, but after weeks of back-and-forth with their claims department, I’ve gotten nowhere. This was a nightmare from start to finish, and I’d never use them again or recommend them to anyone

I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but I rarely got through. The car was fine when it arrived, but the overall lack of communication and reliability was disappointing.

My car was delivered in perfect condition and a day earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the customer service team didn’t provide as many updates during transit as I would have liked. I had to call twice to check on the status of my vehicle. Other than that, the experience was excellent, and I’d definitely use them again.
