I had a horrible experience with New World Auto Transport in 2022. I needed to ship my 2023 Tesla Model S from San Francisco to New York, and it ended up being a complete nightmare. The pickup was delayed by two days without any notice, and I had to chase them down for information. Once the car was picked up, I received no updates. The car finally arrived six days late, and when I opened it, there was a significant dent on the side. The driver denied causing it, and when I contacted customer service, they were rude and refused to take responsibility. After weeks of back-and-forth with no resolution, I gave up. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
