Absolute nightmare! I hired them in August 2023 to move my 2021 Tesla Model 3 from Chicago to Boston. Initially, everything seemed fine—they gave me a reasonable quote and scheduled the transport quickly. But on the day of pick-up, the driver didn’t show up. I called the office multiple times, and each time they gave me a different excuse. The car was finally picked up three days later, and by the time it arrived, it had scratches on the side panel. To make matters worse, no one from customer service was willing to take responsibility or even offer a refund for the inconvenience. I’ve never been more disappointed with a service. Avoid at all costs!
